The Blue Book

Only 8 more scallops to go before the border is done on the mourning shawl!!

I was going through old computer files and found photos I thought I'd lost, yippee!

Harvey & Sherah in a photographic mood:

I am given to understand that I should not be surprised if my firstborn (Sherah) becomes engaged within the next year, ack!! I am not old enough and never will be wise enough to be a ma-in-law or grandmother! But I sure will enjoy knitting booties should they become necessary. Recently I found out that my brother (the same one whose wife had a baby last summer) is going to be a grandfather this summer. Heehee. I adore this brother, and love teasing him about things like this.

And here's a photo of Sam at her first Soiree:

I'm off to the optometrist today, hoping that I can get a new contact lens prescription after more than a year with just glasses.

I really enjoy your blog notes and check for them often. The pix of Sherah and Sam are great.
Your shawl is really coming along. It will be a beautiful commemorative.
I am playing with Mirrydancers. Isn't that a fun name?

Very cool name! Makes one wonder what a "mirry" is. I get an image of flowing dancers reflected in the mirror on which they are dancing!
