Despite the fact that I've created something that will burn the retinae right out of your eyes, sock-knitting seems to be heading in the right direction again.
Don't ask me if the color in this photo is accurate because the answer might make your head explode. If anything, the real yarn is...brighter! But I figger these socks will perk up the gray days of mid-winter. Or if we have a power outage, I can just put them on and see my way quite well.
On the cancer front, tomorrow is the last of 17 chemos so, in honor of it, I'll be wearing this:
'Round about 3 or 4 p.m PDT, listen for the WOOOOO-HOOOOO!!!!

Whoo hoooo from me, too. A few hours early, but who cares? I hope you wear your new socks with your tiara.
I was going to say the same thing: celebrate the end of chemo with those socks! Congrats on the milestone.
Hooray to last chemo! I think those socks are wonderful and will be exactly what you want during they gray winter. Be sure to have clogs to show them off.
WOOOOOOOOTTTTTT! I think you should wear your socks too!
So THAT was the odd sound I heard this afternoon! Congrats on completion!
Hooray! Good riddance to chemo!
I'm so happy for you! I think you should wear that tiara for at least a few minutes each day... every day! And be proud that you have weathered a miserable storm. Tiaras are simply made for that first cuppa in the morning.
Congratulations on making through that grueling schedule! You're rockin' that tiara with the curls. Gorgeous pink socks - now where are my sunglasses?
